PRICES ARE BASED ON COMPLEXITY. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.Please note, two revisions are included in the original commission price. More than two revisions will cost extra and will be charged after initial payment if necessary. Also, I will provide 2-4 rough initial sketches prior to the start of the commission and once the concept is decided upon, the piece will be continued. Any sketch after the pre-designated amount will cost extra ($2 per sketch).

Payment and Refund Information:

I am located in the United States of America. I accept USD via PayPal or Venmo (USA only platform/payment method). PayPal transactions will be completed via invoice. If using Venmo, I will need to know your username to send a payment request. Each commission will not be started until invoices or payment requests have been sent and payment has been received in full. With the exception of payment plans, payment must be made within 48 hours or your commission will be cancelled.Payment plans may be accepted for the more expensive orders and trusted or returning customers. If entering into a payment plan arrangement, the piece will be completed in steps. Payments must be made in a timely manner agreed upon by both parties. If a payment is missed, payment bounces back, or there is refusal of payment on behalf of the commissioner, the commission itself will become forfeit along with the payments already completed up until this point. Images under a payment plan will not be fully rendered until the final payment is received.I reserve the right to cancel or decline any commission. If canceled, any WIP will be received up until the point commission was cancelled with the exception of payment plans. All characters are copyrighted to their respective owners/creators. The artwork itself is copyrighted to me (Ohgawdplzkthnx/GettingSomeCoin). Commissions are primarily non-commercial based pieces. I reserve the rights to the original image, this include posting the piece to my galleries, blog, and/or portfolio (deviantart, tumblr, or twitter) unless otherwise agreed upon by the commissioner. Each commission displayed on my social media pages will be watermarked. Commissioner will receive the non-watermarked version via electronic delivery method agreed upon (email, private message, Sta.sh, etc.). However, the image will include my signature which is not to be altered or removed under any circumstance. My signature will not interfere with the final image.My artwork is not meant to be reproduced, altered, or distributed under false pretenses or edited beyond anyone other than myself. Do not claim the image as your own. Do not use said image for any sort of personal profit or monetary purposes. Drawing over my artwork is prohibited.Personal use includes but is not limited to: posting in character galleries, cropping for icons/graphics, placing art into your account for decoration or reference, and using for your Discord or chat server. Designed or purchased characters are yours to write, roleplay, draw, commission, cosplay, etc. However, my designs should not be used for any sort of combination grid, breeding grid, or auction. Credit should be given to my artwork if displayed. If you feel like the intended use is not listed here, please contact me to ensure it does not violate my terms of service.For commercial based pieces, please send me direct or private messages so we can reach an agreement. If the commissioner would like to obtain rights to the artwork, a fee will be applied and this will be discussed prior to acceptance of the project. Commercial or marketing based pieces will be invoiced at a flat rate between $30-$50 per hour.

Timetable and Process:

I will keep an updated list of commissions on my Carrd. The time needed to complete each commission is liable to vary based on my schedule and complexity of each commission. Since this is a hobby, my full time job along with other life matters that require immediate attention may delay orders. The commission could be completed within a few days but could take up to a few months. If the commission needs to be completed by a certain date, please indicate the deadline when filling out my commission form.
